
Denny K. White has thirty years of
diversified experience, including title insurance,
working with financial institutions, commercial and
multifamily real estate closings, consumer lending,
commercial bank branch operations, marketing, personnel
training and management, loan workout, strategic
planning and the development and implementation of
policies and procedures. Mr. White had previously been
employed in the D.C. and Tyson’s Corner, Virginia areas
before coming to work for Lenhart Obenshain in
Harrisonburg, Virginia. He is a native of the Shenandoah
Valley.
Experience
- Has been responsible
for the closing coordination of national and local
commercial real estate transactions, including large
multi-site transactions, the preparation of title
commitments / policies, settlement statements, funding
settlement proceeds and handling all aspects of
post-closing.
- Organized and
implemented the closing coordination of national sales
initiatives of assets with a BV totaling 13 billion,
oversight of a transaction settlement coordination
assistance contract, supervision and training of 2
closing staff personnel and 12 contracting staff.
- Developed and
implemented the central filing system utilized by the
National Sales Center.
- Served on task groups
formed to establish procedures for accounting of bulk
sales, seller financing initiatives, and the transfer
and conversion of servicing for loans sold in bulk
sales.
- Responsible for
coordinating the closing of modifications and
refinancing of non-performing loans and new loans to
third party purchasers of REO properties.
- Originated and
analyzed commercial and residential construction
loans. Presented loans to Loan Committee for approval.
