 Richard Armstrong concentrates his practice on the
areas of personal
injury, wrongful death, and general
litigation. Mr. Armstrong brings more than
20 years of trial practice litigating cases on behalf of
his clients in a wide-range of matters. Mr.
Armstrong has tried numerous complex cases in Virginia
and New York. As native of Charlottesville,
Virginia, he brings a strong record of achievement,
successful advocacy for his clients, and an abiding
commitment to his community.
A graduate of Albemarle
High School, Richard Armstrong practiced in Manhattan
before returning to Charlottesville. As a
"double 'hoo", completing both his
undergraduate work and his JD degree at the University
of Virginia, Richard Armstrong has gained significant
verdicts that have benefited his clients and impacted
the law in Virginia.

Personal
Richard Armstrong is
married with two children who keep him busy with sports
and school activities. A weekend tennis player,
Richard enjoys yoga, cross-country skiing, and of
course, cheering on University of Virginia sports
victories.
